School Leavers’ Service
The school leavers’ service took place on Wednesday 19th July and was taken by Mark Newman, Reader and Evangelist from St Mark’s Biggin Hill.
The children told us about their favourite memories from Keston school and their hopes for the future. (Famous footballer was the most popular dream by a long way).
The children (and adults) enjoyed cakes and tea/coffee/squash in the church hall afterwards. Each child was given a book about transition to Secondary school and a free ‘Good News for Everyone’ bible (previously known as a Gideon bible) to take home with them.
