Message for Sunday 31st May 2020
This week I can’t help thinking of faces – all your faces and how much I miss seeing them! I have seen some of you – and that has been a blessing. The Collect today asks God to ‘renew the face of the earth.’ Maybe our faces – or our very being, is experiencing renewal by the Holy Spirit of God during this strange time.
As we pray, let us ask the Spirit to inspire us all for renewal – renewal of hearts and minds, renewal of attitudes, renewal of compassion and consideration for all Creation. And, may we see each other’s faces soon!
